“Tradition is not holding the ashes, but passing on the flame.” A quote that speaks volumes. Just like the name Traditum = tradition. The two young South Tyroleans Peter Paul and Matthias have made it their business to preserve old recipes and make them socially acceptable again. It is the mixture of the two that makes it. Peter Paul is a drinks dealer from Latsch and a fine brandy sommelier. Matthias runs a hotel in Schnalstal and is a virtuoso when it comes to gin. This is also their first product. The NEST gin. Be curious what else awaits you. ;)
